Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your tour
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Season Travels' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Booking Terms
2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
2.2 Payment Terms: A minimum deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.
2.3 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel costs, or currency exchange rates.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 By Customer:
- 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
3.2 By Season Travels: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
4.1 Valid Documents: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
4.2 Health Requirements: Travelers must be in good health. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel.
4.3 Conduct: Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws.
5. Liability
5.1 Limited Liability: Season Travels shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from:
- Act of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism
- Accidents during activities
- Loss of personal belongings
- Medical emergencies or health issues
5.2 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for services provided by third parties such as hotels, airlines, or transport operators.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
7. Complaints
Any complaints during the tour should be immediately reported to our tour guide or representative. Written complaints should be submitted within 7 days of tour completion.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Amendments
Season Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
