Cancellation Policy

Our fair and transparent cancellation terms for your peace of mind

💳 PAYMENT POLICY (Domestic & International Tours)

To confirm and secure all travel arrangements, the following payment schedule applies:

40% of total tour costAt the time of booking confirmation
40% of total tour cost40 days prior to the tour start date
20% of total tour cost20 days prior to the tour start date

🔹 Note:

  • For international tours, airline tickets and visa fees (if applicable) may be required to be paid 100% in advance as per airline/embassy rules.
  • Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY (Domestic & International Tours)

If the client wishes to cancel or amend the booking for any reason whatsoever—including personal reasons, illness, accident, death, or non-payment of the balance amount—the following cancellation charges will apply per person:

60 days or more before tour start date

20% of total tour cost

30 to 59 days before tour start date

40% of total tour cost

16 to 29 days before tour start date

75% of total tour cost

Within 15 days of tour start / No-show

100% cancellation charges (No Refund)

✈️ IMPORTANT NOTES (Especially for International Tours)

  • Cancellation charges may vary for air tickets, visas, cruise bookings, or special hotel reservations, as per supplier policies.
  • Visa fees, service charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.

Cancellation Process

  1. Request Cancellation: Email us at contact@seasontoursandtravels.com or call our customer service
  2. Provide Details: Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation
  3. Confirmation: We will send confirmation within 24 hours
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Visa application fees
  • Service charges and convenience fees
  • Airline tickets (subject to airline policy)
  • Cruise bookings
  • Special hotel reservations
  • Travel insurance premiums

Travel Insurance

Highly Recommended: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
