- Approval: Receive refund confirmation with amount and timeline
- Processing: Refund initiated to original payment method

Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be applicable:
- Unused Services: Refund for unused portions of tour (subject to vendor policies)
- Service Downgrades: Difference in cost for voluntary service downgrades
