Full refund minus 5% processing fee

15-29 days before departure

50% refund of total package cost

Less than 15 days before departure

No refund

International Tours Cancellation

45+ days before departure

Full refund minus 10% processing fee (includes visa fees)

30-44 days before departure

50% refund of total package cost

15-29 days before departure

25% refund of total package cost

Less than 15 days before departure

No refund

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies with proper documentation, we may offer special consideration and provide a credit for future travel.

Force Majeure Events

If tours are cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will provide full refunds or travel credits.

  3. Confirmation: We will send confirmation within 24 hours
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
