Booking Terms
Important terms and conditions for booking your travel experience
1. Booking Requirements
Minimum Age: Bookers must be 18 years or older. For minors, parental consent is required.
Valid Documents: Valid government-issued ID and passport (for international travel) must be provided at the time of booking.
Complete Information: All required fields in the booking form must be completed accurately.
2. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 25% of total cost to confirm booking
- Second Payment: 50% due 30 days before departure
- Final Payment: Remaining 25% due 15 days before departure
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash payments.
International Payments: Additional processing fees may apply for international transactions.
3. Booking Confirmation
Confirmation Process: Bookings are confirmed only after:
- Receipt of required deposit
- Availability verification
- Document validation
- Payment confirmation
Confirmation Documents: You will receive a booking confirmation email with:
- Detailed itinerary
- Payment receipt
- Important travel information
- Emergency contact details
4. Traveler Information
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete traveler information.
Changes: Name changes may incur additional fees depending on airline/hotel policies.
Special Requirements: Dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and special needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Booking Modifications
Date Changes: Subject to availability and may incur modification fees.
Service Changes: Upgrades or downgrades to services are subject to availability and price differences.
Last-Minute Changes: Changes made less than 15 days before departure may not be accommodated.
6. Group Bookings
Group Size: 10+ travelers qualify for group booking benefits.
Group Leader: One designated group leader responsible for all communications and payments.
Special Terms: Group bookings may have different payment schedules and cancellation policies.
7. Force Majeure
Season Travels is not liable for failures to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters and extreme weather
- War, civil unrest, terrorism
- Government actions or restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Transportation strikes or disruptions
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These booking terms are governed by the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable discussion. If unresolved, matters will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
Arbitration: Both parties agree to attempt arbitration before pursuing legal action.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking terms and conditions.
